Rotary club of Dhauladhar Palampur wishes to all first hand responders on national 1st hand responder’s day and appreciation day on 28.10.21.The day honours the heroic men and women who run towards danger every day to help their fellow citizens. In 2019 , the United States senate passed a resolution designating October 28th as national First responders day to honour men and women putting their lives on the line.
