All academic activities suspended at CSK HPKV, Palampur from 28th June

Teachers of Himachal Pradesh Agriculture University Teachers Association (HPAUTA) and Veterinary and Animal Science Teachers Associations ( VASTA) of CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyala Palampur observed 33rd Day of protest. Protest march was taken out within the campus of the university today.
This whole day protest will be continuing till the implementation of UGC pay scale in all the universities and colleges of Himachal Pradesh. All other universities of Himachal Pradesh have also suspended all academic activities since today.
During today’s protest, Dr Parveen Sharma, Dr Geetanjali Singh, Dr N K Sankhyan, Dr Poonam, Dr Amit Singhla,Dr RK Chahota and other members expressed their views regarding non-presentation of ugc 7th pay scale agenda item in the cabinet meeting. Teachers have suspended all teaching research and extension activities alongwith examinations for three days from 28th to 30th June.
