Vikas Dhiman HPS officer of 2012 batch seeks pre mature retirement from state services to contest assembly election from Jaisinghpur, he has sent three months notice to State governments alongwith his resignation to retire him so that he could contest the assembly elections. Dhiman is shining police officer. He is product of NIT Hamirpur, did his B Tech in computer engineering, later he completed his MBA from HP University, he also served as head of department in computer sciences in government polytechnic Sunder Nagar.
