In a significant event showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Kullu district, Ashutosh Garg, a prominent Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer and the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kullu, took the honor of inaugurating the much-awaited Bhuntar Mela (fair). The grand inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of numerous distinguished individuals, including government officials, who gathered to mark the beginning of this vibrant celebration.
