Shri Nand Kumar Sanatan Dharam Chand Public School Hosts Zonal Inter-School Competition
NKSD Chand Public School Ghuggar Palampur came alive with the vibrant spirit of competition as Shri Nand Kumar Sanatan Dharam Chand Public School organized an Inter-Sanatan Dharam School Zonal Competition at Gauraiya Palace, opposite Hotel Sarovar Portico.
This exciting event saw the participation of students from four prominent schools: NKSD Chand Public School, Ghuggar; Pt. Amarnath Public School, Nagri; Pt. Amarnath Public School, Baijnath; and NKSD Mohrla.
Jaideep Rehan graced the occasion as the chief guest, and the guest of honor was none other than Munish Sharma, Senior Manager of Himachal Gramin Bank. The competition featured two categories: Group Bhajan and Patriotic Songs, both performed exceptionally well by the talented students.
In his speech, Senior Journalist Chief Guest Jaideep Rehan commended the host school, Principal Vineet Sharma, for the flawless organization of the competition.
He also extended his appreciation to all the participating students, recognizing their dedication and talent.
In his beloved father’s memory he declared a prize every year to meritorious students of Matric standard of NKSD Chand Public School. He urged the students to stay away from drugs.
Furthermore, he praised the school staff and management for instilling a strong sense of religion and patriotism in the students.
Anshu Sharma, the school’s Physical Education Teacher, skillfully anchored the event.
The judging panel consisted of Karam Chand, Sandeep Sharma, and Rahul Dogra, who had the challenging task of evaluating the outstanding performances.
The event was graced by other dignitaries, including Col. Ranjeet, P.N. Sharma, D.C. Parashar, Madan Lal Sharma, Rajesh Suryavanshi (Chairman of Mission Against Corruption), Anil Sangrai, Gaitri Dutt Sharma, Shivali Rehan, and more.
Principal Vineet Sharma took the opportunity to commend the students, their guide teachers, parents, and the entire teaching staff. He motivated the students to stand together in unity, fostering a sense of patriotism and upholding the values of Sanatan Dharm.
This inter-school competition not only showcased the exceptional talents of the students but also emphasized the importance of culture, religion, and patriotism in their education. It was a day filled with celebration and appreciation for the values that these schools instill in their students. Prizes were distributed among winners.
