रोटरी क्लब पालमपुर की पूर्व सचिव व रोटरी क्लब धर्मशाला सेंट्रल की सदस्य नितिका जम्वाल को पंजाब, जम्मूकश्मीर व हिमाचल प्रदेश की क्लबो पर आधारित जिला 3070 के रोटरी क्लबो में महिला की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने की जिम्मेदारी देते हुए वर्ष 2024-25 के गवर्नर डॉ पीएस ग्रोवर ने डिस्ट्रिक्ट 3070 चेयर महिला कौशल विकास मनोनीत किया है। वर्ष 2019 में रोटरी में सदस्य बनी नितिका जम्वाल विगत वर्ष 2022-23 में रोटरी क्लब पालमपुर की सचिव रही है और उनकी रोटरी क्लब पालमपुर में उल्लेखनीय सेवाओ के लिए उन्हें जिला 3070 की 125 क्लबो में बेस्ट सचिव अवार्ड से नवाजा गया। नितिका जम्वाल इनरव्हील क्लब की भी सदस्य है और वर्ष 2020-21 और 2021-22 में वह इनरव्हील क्लब पालमपुर की प्रधान रही है और उन्हें दोनो ही वर्षो मे सर्वश्रेष्ठ इनरव्हील प्रधान के अवार्ड से भी नवाजा गया था। वर्तमान में नितिका जम्वाल रोटरी क्लब धर्मशाला की सदस्या है नितिका जम्वाल ने अपन इस मनोनयन के लिए गवर्नर डॉ पीएस ग्रोवर का आभार व्यक्त किया है और रोटरी में महिलाओं की सहभागिता व महिला सशक्तिकरण तथा कौशल विकास के लिए कार्य करने के प्रति अपना संकल्प उन्होंने दोहराया है.
