*Qualifications:*

– Degree or Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication
– Post-graduation in Journalism or related field (preferred)
– Proficiency in Hindi and English languages (written and spoken)

*Experience:*

– At least 5 years of experience in print, digital, and video journalism
– Proven track record of fearless and unbiased storytelling
– Experience in reporting, writing, and editing news stories
– Familiarity with newsroom software and technology
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

*Desirable Experience:*

– Experience in investigative journalism
– Knowledge of audio/video editing software
– Familiarity with social media platforms and online journalism
– Experience in leading a team of journalists
