*NOTICE INVITING TENDER*
Sealed item rate tenders on form No. 6&8 are hereby invited by the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division No. III, HP.PWD. Shimla-3 on behalf of the Governor of H.P. for the following works from the eligible Contractors/Firms enlisted in HP.PWD, so as to reach in his office on or before 20-03-2021 up to 10.30 A.M. and will be opened on the same day at 11.00 A.M. in the presence of the intending Contractors/Firms or their authorized representatives. The tender form can be had from his office against cash payment (non-refundable) on any working day up to 4.00 P.M. on 19-03-2021and the application for issue of tender form shall be received up to 4.00 P.M. on
18-03-2021.
The earnest money in the shape of National saving Certificate/Time deposit account/saving account in any of the post office in HP, duly pledged in favour of Executive Engineer, Shimla Division No-III must accompany with the application form for the tender offer. Conditional tender and the tender received without earnest money will summarily be rejected. The Executive Engineer reserves the right to reject the tender without assigning any reason there to. Other conditions are applicable as perform No. 6&8. The offer shall remain open for 90 days.
