Sky has no limits for Dr. Yogesh Chander Sood

Dr. Yogesh Chander Sood M.Phil. And Ph.D. In English with about 40 years of experience in the field of academics is a retired associate professor and head of English department of S.V. S.D. PG College Bhatoli. He served in this leading College of district Una from 1980 to 2016.

Thereafter he remained Principal of LJN Himotakarsh Girls College Kotla khurd from 2016 to 2017. He acted as Administrator –cum- Coordinator of  MIA DAV Public School Mehatpur from 2017 to 2018. After renderiy his services in this leading CBSE School of the region. He joined Indus International University Bathu, Una as Professor of English and remained there guiding and teaching research scholars from 2018 to 2019. He taught course work to M.Phil and P.Hd. Scholars at Indus International University Bathu. And three scholars successfully did their M.Phil in English under his guidance and supervision. Dr.Sood also served Director/Principal of DAV Girls College, Garhshankar Punjab from 2019 to April 2020.

Professor Dr. Yogesh chander Sood is highly literary figure. Till date he has written 145 Plus Poems and around 50 Articles in English. He has contributed two book reviews and three research papers/Articles in English in a reputed ISSN Journal (JELL) brought out from Jalandhar.

Besides editor and chief editor of his college magazine during his teacher career, he, too, wrote about 30 editorials in English.

Language is no bar for Dr. Sood who has also written 350 Plus Poems, about 50 stories and around 50 articles in Hindi along with some books reviews. His poems and Articles in Hindi have been published in reputed Magazines like Vipasa, Giriraj, Himprasthand Samaj Dharam.

Dr. Yogesh Chander Sood has also successfully uploaded 36 videos on Tenses and basics and fundamentals of English on his YouTube channel. He is so kind and great person by nature; it could not be expressed in words. Moreover this correspondent also remained his student at SVSD College Bhatoli from 1993 to 1996 and knows him personally.Sky is the limit for this down to earth educationist and literary person.
