The interested registered firms/Dealers/Manufacturers are requested to submit the quotations to the undersigned, up to 01/06/2021 at 5:00PM and shall be opened on the next day on 02/06/2021 at 2:00 PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent OPD Block, Room No.-407 IVth Floor, Civil Hospital, Palampur.

The interested Tenderers are required to collect complete quotation form @ Rs.- NIL from the office of Medical Superintendent, RoomNo.-408 IVth Floor,OPD Block, Civil Hospital.Palampur on any working day w.e.f. 14/5/2021 between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Before 31/5/2021 up to 5:00 PM.
