Chief Parliamentary Secretary Urban Development and Education, Ashish Butail on Sunday met the people in Rasyalu of Gram Panchayat Thala and resolved the public problems.
Ashish said that in the geographical situation of the state, roads are our lifelines and the main means of communication.
It is the government’s commitment to provide better road facilities to the people. He said that serious efforts are going on to connect the remaining panchayats located in difficult geographical and inaccessible areas in the state with road facilities.
He said that Palampur constituency has a good network of road facilities. He said that the road deprived villages in Palampur constituency will be connected with road facilities depending on the availability of land. He said that due to heavy rains in the state, roads have been damaged and instructions have been given to the Public Works Department to repair such roads.
He said that Rasyalu village of Thala Panchayat will also be connected with road facilities soon so that people can get better transportation facilities.
On this occasion, dignitaries including Block Congress President Trilok Chand, local Gram Panchayat head Anju Devi, former head Kuldeep Chand were present.
