Kargil Vijay Diwas: CSKHPAU NCC cadets visit Shaheed Capt. Saurabh Kalia home: to commemorate the Kargil Vijay Diwas, Prof H.K.Chaudhary, Vice-Chancellor, CSK H.P. Agriculture University sent NCC cadets of the University to the home of Shaheed Capt.Saurabh Kalia at Palampur. They paid their tributes to Capt Kalia, who was an alumnus of the University and the first martyr in the Kargil war.
The parents of Capt Kalia appreciated this gesture by the University NCC cadets. Prof.H.K.Chaudhary, Vice-Chancellor said that the nation was proud of its martyrs and the University cadets will be sent to the families of martyrs of this area to get inspiration and learn about their supreme sacrifices for the nation.
He also appreciated 5HP(I) Company NCC, Dharmshala and NCC officer Dr.Ankur Sharma and Dr Nishant Verma.
