Sealed Tenders are hereby re-invited for Dietary Articles by the undersigned for the year 2021-22. The interested parties are requested to submit the tender/quotation in the office of the undersigned upto 04-05-2021 till 2.00 PM and shall be opened the same day at 3.00 PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital, Palampur, Room No. 407, IVth Floor OPD Block.
The tenderers are required to deposit a sum of Rs, 6,000/- for Dietary as Earnest Money alongwith tender documents in the shape of FDR of any nationalized bank duly pledged, in the name of Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital, Palampur.
The Committee has the right to accept and reject the tender without assigning any reason.
The rates should be quoted for Tender for Dietary Articles including GST and Carriage charges (as Applicable) as per list attached. The Tender Document with Terms and Conditions and the list of articles in this regard shall be obtained from the office of the undersigned @ Rs. 100/- in Room No. 406, 4th Floor, OPD Block on any working day w.e.f. 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM till 03/05/2021.
