Sealed Quotations are hereby invited for the below mentioned Hospital Use Contingency /Stationery Items for Different sections for the year 2021-22 by the Medical Superintendent Civil Hospital Palampur
The interested registered firms/Dealers/Manufacturers are requested to submit the Quotations to the undersigned, up to 22.03.2021 till 12:00PM and shall be opened on the same day at 3:00PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent OPD Block, IVth Floor, Room No. 407 Civil Hospital Palampur.
The Interested tenderer are required to collect the complete Quotation form@ Rs.Nilfrom the O/o The Medical Superintendent, Room No. 408 IVth Floor, OPD Block, Civil Hospital Palampur on any working day w.e.f. 28.02.2021 between 10:00am to 4:00pm before 20.03.2021 upto 5:00PM.
The Committee has reserve the right to accept or reject the Tender/Quotation without assigning any reasons at any stage.
