Sukhu Salutes Seniors: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Extends Warm Greetings on Senior Citizens Day

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister, Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, extended warm greetings to senior citizens on the occasion of Senior Citizens Day.

In a heartfelt message, CM Sukhu acknowledged the invaluable contributions and sacrifices made by seniors, saying, “Our seniors are the pillars of our society, and their wisdom, experience, and guidance are a treasure trove for us all.”

As one senior citizen remarked, “We feel grateful and blessed to have a leader like CM Sukhu, who values and respects us so much.”

CM Sukhu emphasized the importance of respecting and caring for seniors, stating, “It is our duty to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being. We must learn from their experiences and strive to make their lives easier and more fulfilling.”

The Chief Minister also announced various initiatives aimed at improving the lives of senior citizens in the state, including enhanced healthcare facilities, increased pension benefits, and social security schemes.
