Vice Chancellor of HPKV Palampur Retires After Three Years of Service; Dr. D.K. Vatsa to Assume Acting Charge
After a dedicated tenure of three years, the Vice Chancellor of H.P. Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (HPKV) in Palampur,Dr. H.K. Chaudhary, has officially retired from his position.
During his tenure, Dr. H.K. Chaudhary spearheaded numerous academic and research initiatives, contributing significantly to the growth and reputation of HPKV Palampur as a premier agricultural institution. His visionary leadership played a crucial role in enhancing academic programs, fostering research collaborations, and advancing the university’s infrastructure.
In light of the retirement, Dr. D.K. Vatsa, an accomplished academician with expertise in Agriculture Engineering, has been entrusted with the responsibility of Acting Vice Chancellor. Dr. Vats brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the university’s ethos, making him a suitable choice to ensure the continuity of HPKV’s progress until a new Vice Chancellor is appointed.
