Sidhbari near Club Mahindra, Dharamshala, Dr. P.S. Grover, District Governor Elect (DGE) of Rotary International (RI) District 3070, graced the occasion of the installation of Rtn Amit Nagpal as the President of the Rotary Club of Dharamshala Central. The event took place amidst enthusiasm and fervor as Dr. Grover lauded the commendable initiatives undertaken by the Rotary Club of Dharamshala Central.
One of the standout projects acknowledged by Dr. Grover was the remarkable work being carried out by Rotary Palampur at the Eye Hospital of Palampur. The hospital’s commendable efforts in eye care and treatment have garnered appreciation from both Rotary members and the community it serves. He praised many others projects of different Rotary Clubs.
During his address, Dr. Grover emphasized the importance of making Rotary a beacon of service, referring to the notion of transforming Rotary into a “temple” – a place of worship for humanity.
