Dr. Soumitra Chakravorti: Good morning, Rajesh. Thank you for having me. It’s always a pleasure to share the progress and efforts of our dedicated team here.
Rajesh Suryavanshi: The newly constructed building of the Civil Hospital is quite impressive. Could you tell us more about the new facilities, particularly the new operation theatre?
Dr. Soumitra Chakravorti: Certainly. The new operation theatre is one of our most anticipated projects. It’s equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that we can provide the best surgical care to our patients. This facility will significantly enhance our ability to perform complex surgeries with higher precision and safety.
Rajesh Suryavanshi: That’s excellent news. I also heard about a new project for mothers and newborn children. Could you elaborate on that?
Dr. Soumitra Chakravorti: Yes, we are very excited about this initiative. The project aims to create a dedicated space for maternal and neonatal care, ensuring that mothers and their newborns receive the highest quality of care right from the start. This includes modern maternity wards, advanced neonatal intensive care units, and comprehensive postnatal care services.
Rajesh Suryavanshi: It sounds like the hospital is making significant strides in enhancing healthcare services. Are there any other projects in the pipeline?
Dr. Soumitra Chakravorti: Absolutely. We have several projects underway and many more planned for the future. With the financial support from the government and generous donors, we are looking to expand our diagnostic facilities, upgrade our emergency services, and introduce telemedicine services to reach patients in remote areas.
Rajesh Suryavanshi: That’s very promising. How would you describe the work culture at the Civil Hospital?
Dr. Soumitra Chakravorti: The work culture here is incredibly supportive and collaborative. Our doctors, nurses, and administrative staff are all committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. Their dedication and hard work are the pillars of our success. We continuously encourage professional development and teamwork, which helps us maintain high standards of healthcare delivery.
