I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to say that with relaxation in the restrictions imposed to curtail the spread of Covid 19, there are regular reports received by this office regarding rush in public places and negligence to the Covid safety protocols. This matter has also been viewed strictly by the Hon’ble High Court, Himachal Pradesh and necessary action in this regard has to be taken by this office collectively with all stakeholders. In this regard a meeting has been scheduled under the Chairmanship of District Magistrate, Kangra at Dharamshala on dated 20th July, 2021, at Conference Hall of BDO Office, Dharamshala from 03:00 P.M onwards.

In view of the above you are directed to ensure availability of all following mentioned stakeholders under your jurisdiction the above said meeting as per the above scheduled time and venue please:
