Sealed item rate tenders on form No. 6&8 are invited by the Executive Engineer, Kotkhai Division, HPPWD: Kotkhai for the following works from the approved and eligible contractors enlisted in HP:PWD, so as to reach in his office on or before 23-03-2021 upto 10:30 A.M. and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of the intending contractors or their authorized representatives. The tender forms can be had from his office against cash payment (Non-refundable upto 4:00 P.M. on 22-03-2021). The earnest money in the shape of National Saving Certificate / Time deposit account / saving bank account / FDR in any of the Post Office in Himachal Pradesh duly pledged in favour of the XEN must accompany with each tenders. Conditional tenders or tender received without earnest money will summarily be rejected. The XEN reserved the right to accept or reject any or all tenders or to drop the proposal of the tenders without assigning any reasons. The officer of the tenders shall be kept open for 120 days. All the contractors will have to bring with them the attested copy of registration / renewal of their enlistment failing which their application shall not be entertained. The contractor must be registered under H.P. General Sales Tax Act 1968 and its proof must be submitted with application for tender, failing which tender will not be issued. If any date mentioned above happens to be a holiday, the same will be processed on the next day. The Firms / Contractors must quote the rate of each item in words as well as in figures, failing which their tenders are likely to be rejected.
