Helpline Number 76966 72040 Issued to Enhance Effective Waste Management System”

In Palampur, 30th June: No need to worry if cleanliness has not been carried out in your area. Now, you won’t have to visit the municipal office to report it. The Palampur Municipal Corporation has introduced a helpline number to make the waste management system more efficient and effective in the municipal area.

For creating a clean and beautiful Palampur, the responsibility of cleanliness in all 15 wards of the corporation has been outsourced to an agency. Now, the residents of Palampur can directly contact the municipal helpline number for any complaints or assistance related to cleanliness and waste management in the municipal area.

The citizens of all 15 wards in the municipal area can call the helpline number 76966 72040 to express their concerns regarding waste management. This initiative has been taken by the corporation to provide relief to people facing cleanliness and waste-related issues. The helpline project will be operational on all working days from 10 AM to 5 PM. As the project progresses successfully, the operational hours may be extended to offer better convenience to the people.

Dr. Ashish Sharma, the Commissioner of Palampur Municipal Corporation, informed that the decision to launch the helpline number has been taken to assist all residents living within the corporation’s jurisdiction. He urged people to segregate wet and dry waste for the sanitation workers, so that Palampur city can be kept clean.
