Upon inspecting the kitchen, he noted that three workers were not wearing the mandatory caps, a clear breach of hygiene regulations. Further extending his inspection to the Ashiyana Fast Food Cafe, Dr. Kumar observed three staff members sitting idly and engrossed in their mobile phones instead of attending to customers. Recognizing the importance of customer service in enhancing the tourist experience, he directed the in-charge to issue show-cause notices to these employees as well. He also mandated that a video recording of the incident be sent to his office by the next day to ensure that appropriate disciplinary action is taken.
