Police Commemoration Day celebrated by Rotary Club of Dhauladhar Palampur

Today police commemoration day was celebrated by rotary club of Dhauladhar Palampur at police station Palampur.

An outstanding police personnel MR. Vijay kumar head constable was honoured by club members in a beautiful programme attended by secretary Dr. Rakesh Chahota, Dr. Ashwani Netal Vice President, YR Bakshi Executive secretary and past president Shri Bipin Katotch and financial consultant Shri Ajay sharma .

Dr. Munish kumar saroch president of RCDhauladhar while talking to press said that Commemoration Day is observed on 21st October, every year.

The day commemorates the sacrifices of ten policemen who lost their lives while defending our borders with China in 1959.
