Dr. Shiv Kumar remembered for his kindness and social work

Mr. Des Raj Banta, a well-known journalist, paid tribute to Dr. Shiv Kumar, a kind and selfless man who helped many people.

Dr. Kumar was the head of the Palampur Rotary Eye Foundation and helped many poor people get eye care. He also started the Rotary Club and worked on many other good causes.
