Viveka Foundations: Celebrating the spirit of Unity

India marked its 72nd Republic Day the year 2021, and it will be the first major public event since the COVID-19 outbreak. It is on this day, the India Constitution was adopted in 1950 after attaining the independence from British rule for over 200 years on August 15, 1947. Also known as Gantantra Diwas, this day is observed by festivities such as the well-known Delhi Republic Day parade at Rajpath, which honours the Indian military forces and our rich cultural heritage.

Viveka Foundations took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity with flag hoisting by honorable Principal followed by her compendious speech. The school staff and spectators saluted the National flag and pledged to up hold the honour and integrity.  The celebration came to an end by singing the National anthem. The celebration came to an end by singing the National anthem

Honoring the date, Viveka Foundations organized various online Inter-House Activities to mark this red-letterday. In Declamation Competition: Group –A Komal of Class X and Arshita of Class IX shared first position;  Ashima Manhas grabbed first position in Group-B. In ‘Kavita Ucharan’ Group A – Aradhya Kapoor stood first.  Ayana Rana stood first in Group-B; Yashvi grabbed first position in Group- C; Akshita grabbed first position in Group – D.

The day marked the image of fluttering tri-colour in the young minds and hearts of Vivekians.
