Posting and transfer orders of IAS officers in Himachal approved

On the recommendations of the Civil Services Board, the Governor, Himachal Pradesh, is pleased to order the transfer and posting of the following Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, with immediate effect, in the public interest:
1. Sh. Ram Subhag Singh, IAS (HP:1987), Additional Chief Secretary (MPP& Power, NCES and Industries) to the Government of himachal Pradesh who is also holding the charge of the post of Chairman, H.P. State Electricity Board Ltd. Shimla, as Additional Chief Secretary (Industries, Transport and Labour & Employment) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
2. Smt. Nisha Singh, IAS (HP:1987), Advisor (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi, who is also holding charge of the posts of Additional Chief Secretary (Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Advisor (Health) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh at New Delhi. She shall also hold the charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary (Forests) to the Government f Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, in addition to her own duties.
3. Sh. R.D. Dhiman, IAS (HP:1988), Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh-cum-Financial Commissioner (Revenue).
Himachal Pradesh, Shimla who is also holding charge of the posts of Additional Chief Secretary (Forests and Language Art & Culture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Additional Chief Secretary MPP Power and NCES) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh and ( Chairman, HPSEBL, Shimla. He shall continue to hold the charge of the post of Additional Chief Secretary (Language Art & Culture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, in addition to his own duties.
4. Sh. Kamlesh Kumar Pant, IAS(HP:1993), Principal Secretary (Transport, Labour & Employment, Environment, Science & Technology) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, who is also holding the charge of the posts of Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Himachal Pradesh,
H.P. State Pollution Control Board and Managing Director, Rapid Transport System Development Corporation, as Principal Secretary (Revenue) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh-cum-Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. He shall continue to hold the charge of the posts of Principal Secretary (Environment Science & Technology) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Himachal Pradesh and Chairman, H.P. State Pollution Control Board, in addition to his own duties.
5. Sh. Onkar Chand Sharma, IAS (HP:1994), Principal Secretary (Tribal Development) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh shall also hold the charge of the post of Principal Secretary (Horticulture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, in addition to his own duties.
6. Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, IAS (HP:2003), Secretary (Ayurveda, Technical Education and Printing & Stationery) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, as Secretary (Technical Education, Agriculture and Printing & Stationery) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
7. Sh. Amitabh Avasthi, IAS (HP:2004), Secretary (Health & Family Welfare
and Horticulture) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, as Secretary
(Health & Family Welfare and Ayurveda) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. 8. Dr. S.S. Guleria, IAS (HP:2006), Secretary (Youth Services and Sports) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, who is also holding charge of the posts of
Chairman, Appellate Tax Tribunal at Dharamshala and Divisional
Commissioner, Kangra Division at Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal
Pradesh shall also hold the charge of the post of Secretary (Fisheries) to the
Government of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla.
9. Sh. Hans Raj Sharma, IAS (HP:2006), Director, Industries, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, as Secretary (Animal Husbandry) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Director, Industries, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, in addition to his own duties.
