✨ On 20th July 2024, Viveka Foundations Senior Secondary School, Mansimbal, organized an insightful workshop on “Power of Parenting.” This workshop, conducted by the esteemed school Principal, Dr. Shalini Singh, aimed at fostering a harmonious relationship between the school, children, and parents to ensure the holistic development of the students.

Dr. Shalini Singh emphasized the importance of parental involvement in their children’s lives, focusing on effective communication, time management, and creating a supportive home environment. Key takeaways included the importance of being present, using positive reinforcement, and fostering a collaborative relationship between parents, teachers, and students. Parents were encouraged to limit their children’s use of gadgets, involve them in household activities, and maintain a healthy balance between academic and personal life.

The workshop also featured a session by Dr. Sai, the in-charge of Enrichment Endeavours in Mathematics and Sciences at Viveka Foundations. Dr. Sai provided valuable insights into the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM), motivating parents and children to actively participate in such prestigious events for conceptual growth and excellence in mathematics.
