Er. Pankaj Chadha, renowned for his remarkable qualities, has recently assumed the charge of Divisional Manager (DM) at the esteemed Himachal Roadways Transport Corporation (HRTC) at Dharamshala in district Kangra.

With his affable and cooperative nature, striking appearance, infectious laughter, and unwavering commitment, Er. Chadha has firmly established himself as an invaluable asset to the organization.

His ascent to this esteemed role stands as a testament to his integrity and diligent efforts.

Pankaj Chadha’s educational journey commenced at Sainik School Sujanpur Tihra, where he completed his foundational schooling from sixth to twelfth grade between 1985 and 1992.

Following this, he pursued his engineering degree at Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya Vidyanagar in Gujarat.

Equipped with a solid educational background, Chadha embarked on a professional path that would shape his future success.

In 1997, Pankaj Chadha joined the General Insurance Corporation as a Surveyor, acquiring invaluable experience in the field.

After two years, his passion for the transportation sector led him to join HRTC in February 1999 as a Works Manager, marking the beginning of his remarkable journey with the organization.

Throughout the years, Pankaj Chadha’s dedication and leadership qualities shone brightly, propelling him to higher positions.

From 2006 to 2021, he served as the Regional Manager, showcasing exceptional managerial acumen and a profound understanding of the transportation industry. In 2021, Chadha was further promoted to the esteemed position of Deputy Divisional Manager.

Today, he proudly assumes the role of Divisional Manager (DM), entrusted with overseeing the operations and success of HRTC.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Pankaj Chadha’s personal life is equally inspiring.

His wife, Mrs. Navneet Chadha, serves as a Physics Lecturer at Senior Secondary School Kachhiari.

The couple is blessed with two daughters, Anushka and Anvita.

Anushka is currently preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), while Anvita is in the twelfth grade.

Pankaj Chadha’s father, Mr. Kamlesh Chadha, is a retired Lecturer from a Government School and currently works as an Investigator with the General Insurance Corporation (GIC).

His mother, Mrs. Saroj Kanta Chadha, is a retired Block Primary Education Officer (BPEO).

Furthermore, Chadha has two sisters, Pooja and Pallavi, both of whom are engineers. Pooja has successfully established her own companies, while Pallavi holds an executive position with the Punjab Government.

In addition to his professional and family commitments, Pankaj Chadha actively contributes to the community.

He serves as the President of the Old Boys Association of Sainik School Sujanpur Tihra, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to his alma mater.

Chadha finds solace in music and cherishes quality time spent with people.

He strives for excellence in all aspects of life and consistently endeavors to be a good human being.

Furthermore, Pankaj Chadha serves as a Vehicle Passing Authority (VPA) for various private vehicles, underscoring his commitment to enhancing the transportation system in Himachal Pradesh.

His vision encompasses fostering an improved and exemplary work culture within HRTC, guaranteeing the provision of optimal transportation services to the state’s populace.
